Clayton Euro Risk provides a range of property valuation solutions to assist with your risk management needs and to help you facilitate effective decision making. Our detailed analysis of the portfolio on a cases-by-case basis determines the true value of the underlying asset and highlight potential losses.
Property Valuation Process
- Automated Value Model (AVM) assessed value and confidence level for each property in the portfolio
- Drive by assessment of the property providing open market value, and an evaluation on the condition of the exterior
- Desktop evaluation to include the provision of comparables and comment on market value and saleability
Reporting
Date report capturing all valuation figures supplied, including the percentage variation from the original,/latest valuation amount. We will indicate the average LTV ratio based on the mean of the assessments supplied
Provide bespoke analytics, if required, tailored to client's specific requirements.
In order to produce a confident assessment of current property value and saleability, it will be necessary to provide Clayton with basic property data.
