Non Performing reviews provide specific, non-performing mortgage loan data on a case-by-case basis with detailed commentary on the portfolio to assist in pricing, negotiation, acquisition and the ultimate sale of non-performing whole loan mortgages.

Areas of Analysis
- Review of complete portfolio or sample designated by the client
- Confirmation of payment dates and amounts over a period determined by the client. Provision of details of all instances of failure to collect payment.
- Current arrears position, detail of collections activity and communication with customer.
- Analysis produced to determine likelihood of payment. Provide recommendations of next steps with each customer to move to appropriate collections stage supported by qualifying comments.
Review lender compliance with FSA regulatory requirements in relation to collection practices.
